Client matter files are retained for seven years from the date the matter is closed, in accordance with professional conduct requirements. Website enquiry data is retained for twelve months from the date of enquiry if no engagement follows. Cookies and analytics data are retained for periods set out in the Cookie Policy.
After the relevant retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.
